I am a registered and practising teacher with over twenty-five years teaching experience. I continue to work in a Primary School setting as an Inclusion Educator, supporting students and teachers in literacy learning.

I am experienced in supporting all aspects of student learning, especially students with reading and writing impairments, such as Dyslexia and Dysgraphia. I also have experience in coaching students who need strengthening in executive functioning skills, such as self-regulation, organisation, focus, and working memory.

As an Educator I aim to

• Support students on their individual learning journey with effective and personalised learning engagements
• Actively pursue and participate in current evidence-based approaches and reflect on their effectiveness
• Support students’ personal improvement and wellbeing by fostering a climate of growth mindset
• Develop capacity and self-esteem amongst students through strong positive, professional relationships

• Explicit and structured tutoring sessions following the Multi-Sensory Playberry Dyslexia Program
• Tutoring and Coaching for students with general literacy and executive functioning needs
